Welcome to 5th
Grade!
We are excited to
be teaching fifth grade at Mountain City Elementary, and we are
thrilled to have such a wonderful set of students. Fifth grade is
exciting because it is the first year that students begin to change
classes. This teaches our students responsibility and
organization.
Fifth grade is
also a great time to participate in exciting activities such as 4-H,
Boys to Men, Girlfriends, and much more. We also spend a great deal
of time improving our writing skills. Our students are preparing to
take the Tennessee State Writing Assessment in February. Students
will also participate in the science fair!
As you can see,
fifth grade is an exciting and busy time at Mountain City
Elementary!
Mountain City Elementary
has three fifth grade classes. Our teachers are Ms.
