Schooldude.com Step-by-Step Instructions
From the jocoed.k12tn.net website:
1. Click on Quick links (left sidebar under main menu).
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on SchoolDude Online Work
Order Request (Login Required)
3. Scroll again to the bottom of the
page and click on schooldude.com icon
or
click this icon.
4. Enter your school email address.
5. Fill out the online form beginning with these boxes.

6. Make sure you choose the
Technology Help Desk for tech issues
7. Select "IT Problem" and do
your best to describe the issue in Step 4.
8. Put in the "Submittal Password". Ask your teacher friends or
email me, dunnj8@k12tn.net, if you don't
know the password.
9. Then, click the "Submit" button.
You are now finished with the
request. I usually check for new incidents twice daily. I usually
work on technical issues after 1:00 pm. Please continue to ask me about
issues in the hallway, should we actually see each other before or after you
have submitted your request. There's always the chance that I may not have
checked the IT request site.
