Boys to Men and Girlfriends is a youth development and mentoring organization that seeks to impact youth by providing long term mentoring relationships that emphasize character building, educational development, and self-esteem enhancing opportunities for youth with the goal that they will likewise do for others.

Students want to equip youth to become:

• physically healthy

• emotionally well

• educationally motivated

• socially impacting

This is done through a variety of means:

• small groups

• one on one mentoring

• academic incentives

• homework help

• outings

• cultural enrichment

• sports programs

• skill development

• summer camps

• a specialized development curriculum
