RAMS Club (Reading and Math Success) is an afterschool intervention program for third grade students.  Data from the TCAP, STAR, and ThinkLink Assessments help to identify students who need additional assistance in Language Arts and Math skills.  Student Performance Indicators (SPI’s) are addressed.  Various research based teaching strategies, materials, activities, and technology (SMARTBoard and COWS-computers on wheels) are integrated into a planned one hour program.  The program is staffed by two certified third grade teachers and operates on a o1-10 student/teacher ratio.  The club meets on a weekly basis.
