Build a Pilgrim village. http://www.plimoth.org/Museum/Pilgrim_Village/1627.h
Fill a one-liter clear plastic bottle about half full with mineral oil. Add a few drops of food coloring. Then fill the rest of the bottle with water. Add a small plastic ship to represent the Mayflower. Screw the top on tightly and tape it closed. Make waves by shaking, rocking, and rolling the bottle. Does the plastic ship ride the waves or sink?
| Make costumes like the Pilgrims and Native Americans wore. |
