	Activity 2 Choose one dinosaur. Write a descriptive paragraph about this dinosaur.  Use the sites below for gathering information. In class you will read your description to the class. We will try to guess which dinosaur it is.

Your presentation will have 6 cards.

Card 1 Title Page

• Using the text tool put a title for your stack.
• Put buttons to each of your next five cards.
• Decorate the card with pictures.

Card 2 Fossils

• Create a text box. In this box you need a paragraph(s) to explain the sequence a dinosaur goes through from the living form to the fossil stage.
• Illustrate the card with pictures of dinosaur fossils.

Card 3  Triassic Period

• Create a text box. In this box you need a paragraph that gives a description of what the Earth was like during this time period.
• Using the text tool put the names of  three dinosaurs that lived during this period. Optional: Include pictures of each of these dinosaurs.

Card 4 Jurassic Period

• Same as Card 3 except the card is about the Jurassic Period.

Card 5 Cretaceous Period

• Same as Card 3 except the card is about the Cretaceous Period.

Card 6 Extinction

• Create a text box. In this box you need a paragraph that explains at least 2 theories about why dinosaurs became extinct.
• Decorate your card with pictures of your theories.
