interlace  To join by weaving together; to intertwine; to blend

arbor  A garden shelter that is shady and covered with or made of climbing plants.

artesian well A well that produces water without a pump.

demesne  A manor house with the adjoining lands; a domain; a region; in law, lands held in one's own power.

reside  To dwell permanently; to exist as a quality or attribute; live in or at

obscure  Remote; not clear; faint. v. To make dim; to conceal by covering. obscurely adv

imperious  Commanding; domineering; urgent  imperiously adv.

egotism  The practice of too frequently using the word I; hence, a practice of speaking or writing too much about oneself.

progeny  One's offspring , children, or descendants.

conveyance  The action of conveying; the legal transfer of property or the document effecting it.

lacerate To open with a jagged tear; to wound the flesh by tearing.

umkempt  Poorly groomed; messy; untidy.

perch  Any place for standing or sitting.

genial  Cheerful, kind, pleasant and good-humored in disposition or manner.

revelation An act of or something revealed; a manifestation of divine truth.

latent Not apparent or visible although present and capable of becoming; not manifested.

dominion  The power of supreme authority; controlling.

conciliate  To win over or to gain a friendship.

impartial Not partial; unbiased; not favoring one over another.

pervade  To spread through every part of something; to permeate.
