Note Taking Chart

Prepare color coded note taking sheets as directed below.

  1. Print a copy of the chart below. Note the chart will print out white.
  2. Gather colored copier paper in blue, green, pink, yellow, orange, tan, gray, and white.
  3. Cut out the first row of the chart and glue it as a header on a piece of copier paper.
  4. Make one copy for each cooperative learning group in your class using blue paper.
  5. Repeat procedure #3 with each row of the chart.
  6. Make copies using a different color paper for each category.
