Response to Intervention (RTI)

RTI or Response to Intervention is an approach that provides early effective assistance to students having difficulty learning. With this program interventions are provided to the student. At MCE these interventions include tutoring and frequent monitoring. If the students fails to show significantly improved academic skills despite the interventions, the student may be tested to determine if a learning disability is present.
