Capacity (Liquids) - Customary System

cups - c	pint - pt	quarts - qt	gallon - gal
	1 pint = 2 cups	1 quart = 2 pints	1 gallon = 4 quarts
A small cup of coffee holds approximately 1 cup.	A tall glass of lemonade or a bowl of soup holds approximately 1 pint.	Oil comes in a quart-sized container.	A large container of milk or window washing fluid comes in a 1 gallon container.
