Matt’s Monster Wilbur

To draw my monster you start with the head. The head is shaped like an oval that is 1 1/2 inches wide and 1/2 inch tall. Inside the oval draw two eyes. The eyes are oval shaped. They are 1/4 inch tall and 1/8 inch wide. The eyes are 3/4 inches apart. Color the eyes black. Next draw a triangle shaped nose. The nose is in the very middle of the oval. The nose is 1/8 inch tall and 1/8 inch wide at the bottom. At the bottom of the triangle draw two small white circles for nostrils. Color the nose black. The mouth is a straight line. It is 1/2 inch long. Color the head red. For the ears draw two triangles at the top side of the head. They are 1/4 inch long. Color the ears purple. The neck is a rectangle shape. It is 1/2 inch tall and 1/8 inch wide. Draw a T shaped body. The top of the T is the arms. The arms are 1/4 inch tall and 1 1/2 inches from one side of the T to the other. The T shape is 1 1/8 inch tall and 1/2 inch wide at the bottom. Draw the number 7 in the very center of the T. The 7 is 1/2 inch tall. The 7 is 1/16 inch thick and is colored blue. Color the body and the neck green. To make the hands draw a 1/8 inch line with a 1/4 inch circle on the end of the 1/8 inch line. Color the circle yellow. Repeat this with the other arm. The next step is to make the legs and feet. Draw three lines from the bottom of the T going down towards the bottom of the page for 1/2 inch. At the end of each leg draw a 1/4 inch circle. Color these 3 circles yellow.

Christina’s Monster Cindy

To make my monster you draw a one half inch square for the head. Inside the square draw two dots side by side for the eyes. These dots are near the top of the square and about one fourth inch apart. Under the eyes draw a backwards L about one fourth inch tall for the nose. For the mouth make a C shape that faces the nose. Color the head navy blue. My monster has two antennae. To draw these make two one inch long lines on top of the square head. On the top of each antennae draw a one eight inch circle. Color these circles the same color as the head. To make the ears draw two half circles on each side of the head. These half circles are one fourth inch across. Color the ears the same color as the head. To make the body of my monster draw a rectangle that is one inch wide and one and one half inches tall directly next to the head. Color the body pinkish purple. To draw the arms you have to draw 2 rectangles, one on each side of the body. The arms are one inch long and one eight inch wide. Color the arms green. To make the hands draw mitten shapes with the thumb going up. The hands are only one eight of an inch big. Color the hands brownish orange. To make the legs draw two rectangles. They are even with the outside of the body. The legs are three fourths of an inch long and one fourth inch wide. Color them the same color as the arms. To make the feet draw a half of an oval shape. The oval is one half inch wide and one fourth of an inch tall. Color them the same color as the hands.

B. J.’s Monster

To draw my monster first you draw a square that is 1 inch wide and 1 inch long for the body. Color this square reddish orange. Then you will make a circle on top of the red square for the neck. Make it about a 1/2 inch across. Color this circle yellow. On top of the circle make a rectangle for the head. The head is 1 inch wide and 3/4 inches tall. Inside the rectangle shaped face draw two triangle eyes. The eyes are 1/2 inch apart. The eyes are 3/16 inches tall and 1/8 inch wide at the bottom. Color the eyes green. The nose is triangle shaped too. It is the same size as the eyes. Color the nose red. Next make a mouth. The mouth is rectangle shaped. It is 1/4 inch long and 1/16 inch tall. Color the mouth navy blue. On top of the rectangle draw two horns. These are triangle shaped and 1/2 inch tall. Near the top of the horns is a zigzagged line. Color below the zigzagged line green and above it a purplish pink. Then on each side of the red rectangle put arms. The arms are on 1 inch long and 1/4 tall. They are shaped like a rectangle. Color the arms dark green. Then on the bottom of the red rectangle put legs. These are shaped like rectangles. They are 1 1/2 inch tall and 1/4 inch wide. Color them light blue.

Christina’s Monster

This is how to draw my monster. First you have to draw a 1 1/2 inch circle in the middle of your paper for the head. Then you  draw two 1/8 inch tall and 1/16 inch wide rectangles on top of the circle for the antennae. On top of each of the rectangles draw a 1/16 inch square. Color the rectangle on the left red with a green square on top. Color the rectangle on the right green with a purple square on top. Then draw two eyes. The eyes are shaped like circles. They are 1/4 inch across. They are 1/2 inch apart. Color the eyes purple. The nose is also a circle. It is just a tiny bit smaller than the eyes. Color it reddish orange. The mouth is a straight line. It is 3/4 inch long. The ears are a half of a heart shape. The right side is 1/2 inch tall. It is even with the eye. Color the right ear yellow. The left ear is 3/4 inch tall. It is lower than the right ear. Color it green. The body is a triangle 3/4 inch tall and 1 inch wide at the bottom. Color the body reddish orange. The arms are rectangle shaped. The right arm is 1/2 inch long. Color it the same color as the face. The left arm is 3/8 inch long. Color it bright pink. The hands are mitten shaped. The thumbs are pointing up. The right hand is 1/4 inch long. The left hand is 1/8 inch long. Color the mittens bright pink. The legs are rectangle shaped. They are 3/4 inch long. They are 1/4 inch apart. Color the legs yellow. Make the right leg a little bit short than the left one.

Jesse’s Monster

To draw my monster start by drawing the body. The body is triangle shaped. The triangle is 1 1/4 inches tall and 3/4 inches wide at the bottom. Color the body a real dark blue. To draw the legs draw 2 upside down triangles. These triangles are 1 inch long and 7/16 inches wide at the top. The triangle legs touch at the top and are even with the bottom left and right sides of the body triangle. Color the two legs yellow. To draw the arms draw two sideways triangles. They are about 1/2 inch long and 1/4 inch tall near the body. Each arm has five fingers. They are rectangle shaped. They are 1/8 inch long and 1/16 inch wide. The fingers look like a capital T and a small T on top of each other. Color the arms red and the fingers purple. The head is diamond shaped. It is 1/2 in tall and 1/4 inch wide. The eyes are near the top and are shaped like teardrops. They are 1/16 inch tall. Color the eyes green. The nose is two very small circles side by side to look like nostrils. The mouth is a straight line. It is 1/16 inch long. Color the face orange. The ears are half of an oval shape. They are 1/2 inch tall and 1/4 inch wide. Color the ears sky blue.

Nick’s Monster

This is how to draw my monster. First make a diamond in the middle of your paper that is about two inches wide and four inches tall. Next make teardrop shaped eyes in the diamond at the very top center of the diamond. These teardrops are about one fourth inch tall. Color the eyes with a bluish green crayon. Draw two curved triangles on the upper sides of the diamond for the horns. These curved triangles are one inch from the top point of the diamond The horns are one half inch long and curve slightly toward the inside. Color the horns with a blue crayon. Next draw a nose. To do this go one and one half inch from the top of the diamond then draw two small circles. These circles are one fourth inch apart and are horizontal to each other. To make the mouth draw an oval one fourth inch below the nose. This oval is one fourth inch tall and one half inch wide. Inside the oval draw four pointed teeth shaped like triangles on the top and five pointed teeth on the bottom. Color the teeth reddish orange and between the teeth yellow. To make the arms draw a rectangle shape at the top edges of the diamond. The arms are 1 1/2 inches long and 1/4 inch wide. Color the arms red. Make sure that the bottom edges of the rectangle look like they have been cut off. To make the legs draw two lines beginning at the middle of the bottom half of the diamond. Curve the lines so that my monster looks bow legged. End the legs at the bottom of your paper. Color the legs dark green.

Scottie’s Alien

To draw my monster you must first draw the eyeballs. Draw two circles side by side near the top of your paper. The eyeballs are one half inch across and only about one eight inch apart. Inside each eyeball draw a circle which is one fourth inch across. Color the one fourth inch circle red. Inside each red circle draw a small black dot. Between the red circle and the larger circle draw nine red crooked lines. To make the head draw a forked shaped starting under the two eyeballs. The eyeballs will be on top of the head. Make two tongs. One going to the left eyeball and one going to the right eyeball. These are one half inch long. The bottom of the fork shape makes the neck. The neck has five lines running from side to side. Color the head and neck green. To draw the body begin by drawing two slanting lines going to the left and right of the neck to form the shoulders. These lines are about one half inch long. Continue drawing these lines straight toward the bottom of the page for one inch. Begin drawing arms and fingers by continuing the line to the right and left in a curved fork shape. The arm and the hand are about three fourth inches long. The hand is a fork shape with three fingers. Continue drawing the fork shaped line until it is even with the one inch line that runs up and down above the arms. Keep drawing these two lines down toward the bottom of the page. Go for one inch. To make the legs slant these two lines to the left and right and keep drawing for one more inch. The two feet are two forks with three tongs each. The toes are about one half inch long. The space between the two feet in about one fourth inch. Color the entire body the same color of green as the head. My monster has a jet pack on its back. To draw the jetpack draw a square with rounded edges that stick out from each side of the monster’s back. Color the rounded square green. The jet pack has two fuel tanks on the left and right of the jet pack. To draw these fuel tanks draw a one and one half inch long oval that is only about one fourth inch wide. These ovals are behind the rounded square. Only the top and the bottom of these ovals show. The ovals stick up about one half inch about the jet pack and only about one eight inch shows below the jet pack. On top of the ovals draw two tiny squares. Color these ovals and squares a blackish purple.

Ben’s Angel

To draw my angel start with the head. First draw an egg shape about 1/2 of an inch tall and 1/4 of an inch wide. Draw the eyes a little below the top of the head. Make the eyes circle shaped. They are 1/8 inch across. Inside each of the circle eyes draw dots. To make the nose make a slanted L with a curved corned. The nose is 3/16 inch tall. The mouth is a C shape facing the nose. Color the face Caucasian. For the bangs draw four 1/16 inch long lines. Around the head make an upside down U, 1/8 inch from the head. Make a bigger U on top of the other U 1/8 inch from the first U. Color the space between the U's black. Color inside the top U navy blue. The arms are triangle shapes. The triangles start at the neck and go to the left and right like the angel is hold his arms straight out. They are 1 1/2 inches long and 1 inch tall at the ends next to the hands. Color the arms navy blue. The hands are mitten shaped with the thumbs going up. The hands are 3/16 inch wide and 1/8 inch tall. The The body is a triangle shape. It starts at the same point as the arms and is 2 1/4 inches tall. The bottom of the body is 1 1/2 inch wide. Color the body the same color as the arms. The angel is standing on grass. Make the grass by drawing a line next to the bottom of the body all the way across the bottom of your paper. Color the grass to the bottom of the page green.
