Page 296 - I believe your friends Misters Fred and George Weasley were responsible for trying to send you a toilet seat. No doubt they thought it would amuse you. Madam Pomfrey, however, felt it might not be very hygienic, and confiscated it.

Activities
We held a first year graduation party after completing the book. Students each received a "Harry Potter" lightning-shaped tattoo. They put on wizard hats to really get into the spirit of the party. We played games with trivia from the book. Students made an eerie looking mixture in a cauldron.

Our mixture was made with gummy worms, licorice sticks, malted milk balls, raisins, cransins, nuts, and candy corn. It looked spooky, but tasted terrific!! |
Students also mixed a potion. It was made from Mello Yellow and sherbet. The potion foamed! I'm sure Snape would approve.

We drank the potion from cups that we decorated to look like ghosts and ghouls at Hogwarts.

We really enjoyed all the great food.

We had a great time! Everyone passed the AR test. We have many points now towards our goal.
