Chester's favorite food was liverwurst. Have you ever had liverwurst? Liverwurst is made from at least 30 percent pork liver mixed with pork or other meats. Liverwurst can be firm enough to slice or creamy enough to spread. It is sometimes smoked. Liverwurst comes in large links, loaves and slices. Liverwurst is great on crackers. It is also good on rye bread. If you have never eaten liverwurst now is a good time.
