Part 2 Building Your Main Chapter Pages
Imagine your website as a book. You have just built your home page which is a combination of a title page and table of contents. The next pages you will build are like a title page for each chapter of your book. Plan your chapters.

STEP 2 - Making Your Chapter Pages
Open your index page in FrontPage Editor.
Delete the information off the page, leaving just the background and any images you wish to keep on all the chapter pages. Add a new title to the page from your plan.
Save the page following these directions.
Click "File"
Save As
Change the word "index" to "page1". (Notice no spaces between the word page and the number 1.
Click the "OK" button. You will be asked if you want to overwrite the images. Just click "OK."
Repeat until you have enough pages for each of your "chapters."
Open each page you just created. Type a title for each page.
Copy and paste each title name to your "table of contents" area on your index page. Resize as necessary by clicking on the large or small A.
STEP 3 Linking Your Pages Together
Highlight the first title in your "table of contents."
Click the tab "Insert"
Choose 'Hyperlink".
This box will pop up. Click "page1" in the middle window.
Click the "OK" button.
Your page is now linked to page 1.
Repeat this throughout your entire "table of contents."
Click the "save" icon to save this page.
Highlight your entire "table of contents" and copy it by holding down the control button on your keyboard and pressing the c key one time.
Go to page 1 and paste your linked "table of contents" by clicking on the page where you want your links to appear. Then hold the control button on your keyboard and pressing the v key one time.
Click the "save" icon to save this page.
Repeat with each of your chapter pages.

Add text and photos to your chapter pages.
